SX200 Date display

So my sister calls me and she got a used SX200 from someone and it is displaying the clock in the 24 hour format and she is apparently not smart enough to figure this out. I downloaded the manual for it and I can't see a way of changing it to the am/pm format. I was hoping someone that might have a Powershot could have a look at their menu system and see if there is a way to do accomplish this. Really how hard is it to take the current time in the afternoon and add 12 to it. Duh!

Just like with the big cameras - can't be changed. I suspect that's because the EXIF spec. calls for storing the time as an ASCII 24 hr. time value, rather than a 12 hr. AM/PM.

Thanks Jon. I figured as much and it will give me great pleasure to inform my sister that she will actually have to learn something. I love her dearly but that sibling rivalry is always there.
