hi to all i need help

i hope i find my answer in this cool forum the Q is :

if afriend send me a picture through the net is it possible to know if that picture wa originaly taken by him or stolen from a site and he is claiming the right to impress me.

before there use to be a software were when u recive a picture u right klick it and u shoose something and it show u the pic full details like which cam was used and what type and the pixcell ....els and if its net picture it will show the site insted of the other detailes...

can any one help me to remember that programe name or if there is any other why to verefy the picture is original

http://www.opanda.com/​en/ (external link) is a package that can give you the exif info.

Something that might also work is if you left click on the image, and got to properities..
Sometimes it will come up with a URL address..You can copy/paste that addy into your browser, and see where it takes ya..Its not a full-proof plan, but I have found alot of posers that way..
I am a moderator on a car forum website, and sometimes use that method to see where the pics come from..
