The title tells us that someone has left the chair to go swimming, right? Well why not empower that by making the image do the same thing? If you had gone up to the chair and then made footprints (might take some heavy stepping) leading into the water's edge, this photo would really be awesome. Also, Balliolman's suggestion to crop away some of the sky is a great idea! It would strengthen the movement of the footsteps from the chair to the water, selling the story.
