MaureenSouza Ms. MODERATOR Something Spectacular! More info | Dec 22, 2013 23:07 | #3307 I like them, Stina. They look better than the family shoot I did today; I was not happy with any of the 58 pictures I took. I have another cold & feel rather crummy so I think everything was off. I am trying to salvage a few of them in CS5 right now & I don't feel like it. Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

I've really been enjoying everyone's shots!! The baby pictures are adorable!! I am so sorry to hear that you are sick yet again Maureen! Seems like you can't catch a break!! Hope you get over this cold quickly!! Well, the weather here has been absolutely horrendous! Since Friday night we're been getting sleet and freezing rain here. Made it home from work Friday night ok, but left to go in this morning, got half way there and turned around and came home. The roads were HORRIBLE!!!! And I have an all wheel drive Pilot I drive! UGH!!! And it's STILL freezing rain out there. The trees and the power lines are all icing up. Haven't had the camera out much, but did manage to get a couple of bird shots out the window at the feeder: ![]() ![]() I know they're a little fuzzy, but I kind of liked them. Not often I get to see the female Cardinal so close! ![]() Looks cold! Gundogs wrote in post #16551530 ooh this one is pretty. How did your husband get on - did he do well? We've had an awful storm, last night - my greenhouse got totally trashed and smashed up, spent most of the day clearing it up and making it safe for the dogs to be around (its polycarbonate, not glass). Where we live there is only one route in and out - this morning it was 5ft deep in water. This evening its still 4ft deep, even though I have a 4wheel drive I don't fancy wrecking my car driving through water that deep. So fingers crossed it drains into the neighbouring fields overnight. Unfortunately the fields are saturated though. Here's a phone pic I took this morning. (so frustrating we could see the refuse collectors on the other side - they won't be back for two weeks now!) ![]() flooding in Tadworth, Surrey anyway. We're all ok and that's the important thing. He let his nerves get the better of him, but he was really happy with his horse. Stina
