Sorry, I've missed this place. How is everyone these days?

I short a wedding a month or so ago and it was the only one I did this year due to pain in my left knee. Well, I injured it more for the day long wedding and then a graduation event after. I must have been on my feet for over 12 hours and finally, killed the knee. MRI and surgery later, I'm recovering well. PT next and then back to my routine. This time, with little pain. Torn meniscus, which usually can be treated with PT, but the pain was too much for me, especially since I am such an active person. I hope to be back on track here to do more photography as I start moving around again.

Sorry to hear about your knee

Heal quickly Suzie & join us more often.

Today was Aaron's 13th birthday & as usual he wanted his friends over at my house. Luckily there were only 4 of them :p What a great kid he is; he certainly has added to much to our lives.

He's growing up so fast and he's so lucky to have you, Maureen.

Miss Ella is 7 months old today! She is pulling up on everything, crawls all over and has 4 teeth. She is teeny at 14 lbs. I am so crazy about her. :)

Hey Maureen*

Are you watching the TV Special on the Monterey Bay? I saw the first installment last night. It is a bit weird and seems to be a British production  It reminds me of the countdown to New Years Eve oddly, but some nice footage of whales breeching and cute shots of the Otters.. It's on PBS if you get the chance!

Little Ella may be tiny, but she looks sturdy! ;) .. And yes, she is a charmer!!

It's probably the BBC production which was good, but I stopped watching because of the stupid female (sorry ladies) presenter who kept saying "Oh look, there's another whale!"

I forgot to look for the program. I watched the new season opener of River Monsters. And then part way into a new episode of Leave It To Bryan my sister messaged me to come help with a search and rescue. About 300 people spent a few hours scouring the town for a missing lady. Found her safe, but scared.

Oh yes I am. I was out there when the BBC was filming from both ship, helicopter & airplane. :) Look closely.... you might see me waving from the bow of a boat. :)

Been pretty sore myself and not up to getting out with the camera much, but snapped this off my balcony last night:
