Not yet. I want to see samples first. :)

Hey Julian,

The 35 summilux will be in my possession Monday or Tuesday:D:D:D. The Monochrome could still be a while. :(

I say do it. The M Monochrome was supposed to be available in the states on Aug 28th. Only a few have trickled in and it could be months before any more come in. I've had my order in since June and I just got the lens which that lens B&H will not have until March 2013 and I was told it could be a while before i get the camera.

Yeah I know. I thought it would be the lens that came in late. I've heard some people have been waiting a year for this glass. I guess I just have to wait now for the camera. :(

Can anyone tell me why you'd order the vastly inferior M-E over an M if the difference is 'only' 1.5k$?
Doesn't seem to make any sense.

I think the Monochrom is a fantastic camera.
If i had the $$$, that's the Leica I'd choose.

18MP x 3 = 54MP landscapes. That sounds pretty sweet if you ask me...

Think new Canon lenses are overpriced? Lots (and lots) of data will set you free!
