Can anyone tell me why you'd order the vastly inferior M-E over an M if the difference is 'only' 1.5k$?
Doesn't seem to make any sense.

Why would anyone choose a T4i over a 60D when the difference is only approx. $260? Why would anyone chose a 60D over a 7D when the difference is only approx. $500? And so and on. Same principles apply here as it does with the M-E and the M.

Also, if a person doesn't want/needs video or the other bells and whistles of the new M, why pay the extra for it?

"Roar," said the lion.

The looks alone would be worth the one-and-a-half grand ;)

Does the Leica M9 and M9P have an internal light meter to use a as a referance?
or per the video's is a shoot and adjust by looking at the exposure?

Thanks
