Shot this fellow through the kitchen window after work this afternoon. Very overcast, (and SNOWING fer crying out loud!) but I'm pleased with the results...

Beautiful, Mike! The young ones do have a certain look. You did a good job of masking the snow ;)

Beautiful!

These sparrows are my favorites out of all of them.
It's getting close to when they arrive here in Texas, I'm anxious to see 'em again too! (I just started really appreciating sparrows last year actually)

Very nicely done, I'd never know that it was taken through a window had you not mentioned it. :)

Wonderful series Mike! Very nice soft colors you captured here. I would of never known it was shot through glass.

I agree with Randy as they are my favorite Sparrows too. I'm really hoping to see them back in our yard again this year.

Nice work with that sparrow in those conditions! Note to self: try shooting through window in low light to improve my lousy bird photos...
