Any feedback on this style would be great.

Well, if you want it to look like a drawing and not a photo, then you did so successfully.

I especially like the first one. Just being able to take a photo and adjust it that way is really cool. Please share the process.

I think these are awesome as technical drawings (last one especially). But not quite photos anymore ;) Either way, I think they are cool if you want drawings.

Terrific, but you have to pick your subject. #1 is the best IMO, then #3.

#2 is a bit of a mess graphically...but would work for me with some stronger lines in the foreground.

Good work...would like to see some more!

It's definitely a cool effect, but I don't think the images work. Here's my problem with it. The actual subject matter is very grounded in reality, while the processing technique ISN'T. The subject matter isn't abstract, it's very concrete. It's normal stuff (just...cars), but you made it look really weird.

And my question is...why? What is the reason for making normal stuff so weird? I'm not seeing the reason.

Definitely a cool effect though, and it may be a great idea to use it again. I just don't think it's working here. I just feel like there should be an apparent REASON for taking such normal subject matter and making it look so strange (and I admit...maybe the reason is apparent and I just don't see it). Alternatively, perhaps this processing technique would work better with subject matter that's already out-there and bug**** weird and insane.

But I don't think it quite works here. It's cool and it's a nice idea, but there's a big disconnect between the subject matter and the processing technique. And I'm not seeing how the two are connected. Either make the REASON for presenting normal stuff in a strange way more apparent, or simply use this technique on an image that is already weird and abstract and unrealistic.

It's a pencil sketch technique, I found a tut on youtube and made a action for it. While yes it doesn't work with some subjects ie. portraits I tried 1 with my brother all the facial hair made it bleh.

Even shot 2 Im not happy with lol.

Different for sure in a nice way, if you are going for a artist pencil sketch look. #1 for me.

I like it because it's different but I don't like it for photography, if that even makes sense. I think it depends entirely on how you use it. I agree that the first one is the best.

No clue what I'm doing with a camera, but I'm here to learn. 60d with kit lens and 50mm f1.4.

I think you executed the technique well. I would personally like a little more contrast in the sky in pic 1, but I think you have the technique down so it becomes another tool in your arsenal.

Far more art than photography. Not that there's anything wrong with that :)

I think it would be a cool effect to leave the main subject photograpic while the rest has the pencil effect

I don't like them, but maybe because it is not my style. These are not photos in my opinion

These could work very well for an advanced coloring book...serious.
