What was your lighting setup outside? "Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that. Just to remind you of the IMAGE POSTING RULES, you can only post 2 attachments per thread, or 8 embedded images from a host like flickr or smugmug. Let me know if you need help with that. Out of focus and the hard light is just a huge NO. You would want to make them look natural. Check out Neil VanKirk (I think that's his name) and learn about using flash with natural light.

I think they're good for a first go Patrick. Only thing i'd say is pay attention to the background a little more because the one with the ladies detracts a bit from the images. Secondly, probably wanna zoom out a bit or lower the aperture to get a greater depth of field. Good though and I know i probably wouldn't have thought of those tips if it were me who was shooting. Keep it up! Where in Jamrock you located bro? Updated: Nikon D700 || Nikon D700 || Nikon 35 1.8 || Nikon 50 1.8 || Nikon 85 1.8 || Nikkor 70-200 2.8 VRI
