I have seen the post describing this TC used with the DO 70-300mm IS lens quite satisfactorily.

Does anyone have experience with the non DO new 70-300mm IS lens and the PRO 300 DG 1.4 TC? Info on limitations etc., of this combo gratefully received

7D, G1X,
EF70-200 f2.8L IS ll USM,15-85 IS,USM, Nifty 50,Canon EF x 2 lll TC, 580EX, 420EX, 270EX
Elements 11. LR4
Far too much interest in techniques, not nearly enough photographs taken!!
