ipad 1:1 photo viewer

Has anyone found a photo viewer for the new ipad (3) that is able to view photos at 1:1, instead of the terrible tap-to-zoom in the native photo app? (explained well here (external link))
I hate having to pinch zoom into what i can only approximate is at 1:1.

Sorry if this has been covered already, i had a quick search but couldn't find my answer.
