The UPS man just left with my EOS Elan IIE and left me a 7D. Battery is charging. I put in a 4 GB card and attached my trusty 24-70L. (The 10D will be retired.)
Now the charger light just needs to turn green.

Congratulations on your new camera. If you are anything like me, you will really enjoy using it. I suggest that you keep your 10D which is still a viable camera.

Ww have a 20D as well. When the Mrs and I travel by plane, we take two camera bodies, synchronize the times on the cameras and take shots of the same subject with different lenses.
If we're in a car, now we can carry three bodies, use one for each of our L lenses 16-35, 24-70 and 100-400.

EOSCount says it has 17K clicks on it. Looks like new to me though.

Traded the same camera on the CLP as you did. Sure do wish the 7D had eye control AF!

I am serious....and don't call me Shirley.

First couple shots looked real bad.
1) Adjust eyepiece Duh
2) Turn AF on lens to "on" position Duuuhh
3) remove plastic film from screem. Duuuuuuhhhhh
4) Clean dirt from last trip off of lens. Duuuuuuuhhhhhh
