I really like this shot, but my wife hates it. I'd be interested to know what the group thinks. Any comments welcome.

Nice shot with very interesting light trails. They add good depth to the photo.

Very nice indeed. Wish I'd had a chance to shoot there at night when we were in London last week.

Thanks, everyone. I can't wait to show these comments to the wife. Not that it'll change her mind or anything.

Samsen, nice job yourself. You must have caught Big Ben right before they turned on the lights.

The one sunny day we had in London.

Oh, we were so lucky with weather! We were in the UK for 15 days, and it only rained two days, and then only in the afternoon. Most of the trip was gorgeous sunshine and warm temperatures. I actually wished I had packed more than 3 pairs of shorts.

We were there 12 days and had two days of sun. But it never rained all day. The rainy days were on and off, so it wasn't a total washout.

Late afternoon on a May day. A mostly cloudy day which has the setting sun slip between clouds on the low horizon which paints Ben and the Thames in temporary light.

That is a great shot -- love the light trails. I've always been afraid to set up a tripod on that sidewalk because it is always so crowded.

Some of my efforts:
