Hello,

So I've been messing around with the flash and experimenting. Is this over exposed?

no.
The first thing to go, if overexposed, would be the fine detail on the semi-closed body of each flower in the upper right.
Looks fine to me.

Do you mean overexposed in a technical sense (addressed by dave63 above), or overexposed in an artistic sense (in other words, does the image look too bright even though properly exposed)?
