Loose wire...

Has anyone encountered a problem with a loose wire sticking out from the lower hinge of the flip screen??

Apparently this only happens when I open the screen to be flipped/twisted (90 - 180 degrees). But it goes back in when the screen has been flipped/twisted and flushed with the camera.

So far it has not affected any of my photo-taking. Furthermore, I'm not sure if this is a wire that is associated with the hinge, or is it a connection to the screen. It seems a bit stiff and uncoated to be the typical wire that is associated with transmission of info.

But my concern is if the wire is somehow associated with transmitting info to the screen, what happens if the wire eventually breaks or snaps??

Anyone out there facing the same problem, please advise?? Thanks!!
