First Wedding C&C appreciated

I want to thank everyone who has contributed to these forums, as I have learned so much here! Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks of the trade.

I have a 5D2, and I borrowed the 70-200 2.8 IS II and the 27-70 2.8 original for these from my father.

Fill flash was used outside, bounced off a reflector to soften it. Indoor pics are 100% natural light, and man was it dark! most are at ISO 5000-6400, f2.8m, 1/160 I realize now that I probably could go with a slower shutter speed with the IS on the 70-200, but I wasn't sure at the time, so I defaulted to 1/160.

What do you think? I would really appreciate feedback, especially on composition and on Posing in the first pics. What do you think on the grain on the indoor ones, I can't even tell in this size.

Use the posing in (2) more than that in (1)--putting people square to you doesn't usually flatter as much as having them pivot to the side a little.

In (4), having the bride tilt her head up a little (and you can get up higher and shoot down a little) can remove the double chin. I'd touch up the area under the eyes (clone out on a layer, reduce opacity to taste--for me about 40% usually). This is also a good example of why you should introduce lighting--the quality of light isn't great here, with her eyes fairly dark.

Some of these shots look a little warm to me, but their close enough that it's just a judgment call.

Thanks for the great advice! I always get wrapped up in the moment and forget about the little things like double chins that I could easily de-emphasize with posing! Posing is my biggest struggle right now, I appreciate the feedback!

Agree with posing advice and the warmness. To me, on my uncalibrated monitor, these look flat and could use some contrast and a tad sat. #4, although straight on, might be a keeper for her...maybe brighten the eyes, teeth and unsharp mask the eyes..she has a wonderful look going there.

is that the jacket tag on his sleeve...? arent you suposed to take that off
