id like to see the 2nd pic with her head turned slightly upward...

not so much as to look at the camera but just a teeeny bit more...

still like them. who was in the Air Force?

something very weird is going on in #2. Image quality is pretty bad (noise/compression).

Agree, seems to appear oversharpened.

I think #2 is overzoomed/cropped. Really pixellated so I think it is more than just oversharpened.

Number two is VERY heavily cropped. I recently switched from canon to nikon. Only bought a 50mm for now. This was a group shoot and I couldn't get close enough without being in the way.
Also, I might need to go back to jpeg until I get a small clue about editing.
