I live in Missouri and I sent my 5D to Canon to be cleaned and checked out. They got it there on Monday of this week. I got it back today, that is what I call great service from the folks at New Port News, Va.

Oct 12, 2012 11:22 | #2 Yes I have always had very fast turnaround there. I also had them totally repackage a lens incorrectly and it was loose in the box, end cap was off, etc. Not a fan of that. They paid to have it sent back and rechecked it for free with a one day turn around, and the lens seems to be fine. I'll still use them the next time I need service. Cameras: 7D2, S100
