Edit:

Sorry about the picks not showing up, I had to remove them from flickr and forgot this thread would no longer show.

I am currently reworking all 70 of the shots I got this year with a much better computer setup and will have them uploaded again.

Sorry if anyone has missed out. They'll look way better once redone and I've got a few shots never even seen by other people.

Lovely! Hard to pick a favorite among the bunch. The colors you have captured are just fantastic!

If I don't get the shots I want with the gear I have, the only optics I need to examine is the mirror on the bathroom wall. The root cause will be there.

Fantastic shots and lucky you! I wish i had some serious time off. Have you considered going overseas and staying at hostels? I hear folks do that pretty darn cheaply also.

These are some of the most beautiful images I have ever seen.

2nd time I am commenting in this thread because of the additional photos added after my first comment. The images are just off-the-charts spectacular. Wow. They are all fabulous - especially love the one which I think is the painted hills at the John Day Fossil Beds NM?

Also, the St. Helens photo with the wildflowers along the trail - fantastic!
