Had a great but short trip to Glacier National Park, I left Idaho at eleven AM on Wednesday and arrived at the last light of day, I shot until 4PM on friday then headed home. I went before peak of fall colors hoping to get there before the closing of Going to the Sun Road but it was closed the whole time I was there because of rockfall from a snowstorm. If they had opened going to the sun road I would have stayed longer but it was not to be.

I went up and took a look at Waterton Lakes National Park while there and got these elk rutting around.
A great three days of shooting even without Going to the sun Road.
