A little too much blurring in the waterfall and the rest of the water, I think. If you shorten the exposure a bit, you might get fewer blown highlights in the waterfall and more detail. Try other shooting positions. The jut of stream bank on the right and the overhanging tree intrude upon the composition and break it in pieces.

the location is nice though...if you can go back...see what happens if you were to move to the left and get a lower perspective?
