Lighting is good, but there seems to be a lack of subject. Your compositions should tell a story, should draw the viewer into the image.

Keep practicing. Before you press the shutter button, think about what it is you are trying to convey, make sure the composition satisfies your goal.

Just to add to Koalacowboy. You have a good lead in/out with the stream, but it needs to lead to something/somewhere but it goes nowhere. One other little niggle is the edge of the fence bottom r/h/s it does not work. Keep at it and the comps. will come.
