Tried it without the update first than with the firmware update...fantastic AF. However I have been using it in manual focus as well and love it. I also have the EF lens adapter and my backup 50mm 1.8 MkII lens which I never use. ( I have a sigma 50mm 1.4 as my main 50mm). Figured it would be cool to use with the M. Takes fantastic images. I sold my Fuji x100 to get this kit and I do not regret it one bit. I will also use it as a mini backup to my 5D MkII. wish it had a OVF but the pros out weigh the cons. The only cons I see are the silly new strap mounts and no OVF. Vincent Gargano Photography

I didn't like this lens much at all on my 6D, but on the M I had a lot of fun with it (makes me think I might need to get a 100mm macro for the 6D)
