Hey,
This is a super ignorant question,i just don't know who to turn.

I have a cannon 600d camera,and a 18-135 lens.
I havent used the camera in about half year because at the time i was really busy working.
And right now i'm expriancing changes in the quality of the photos that come out of the camera.
I checked the settings ,it's set on high quality photos,L.

There is no reason for it to be so pixely when i zoom in.
I'm talking about taking photos in the middle of the day with best lighting.

Can it be that the lens has set on the table too long?

Heres an example of a photo i took the other day -

Is it just me or is the quality...weird?

Thank you so much for the help.

I see you have the ISO at 6400 @f10. Maybe that is the problem?
(I am new to this so hopefully some one with more experience will be along shortly)

The picture doesn't look too bad, but yeah, high ISO can lead to grainy, noisy images.

That would be totally normal for ISO 6400. That is a very high ISO, your lighting is ok, but your settings are killing it. You are using a faster shutter speed (1/640) and a small aperture (f/10).

As mentioned above, check your settings, and you might want to change the date on your camera. It says the shot is from jan. 1st 2000.

This is normal noise for the sensor our cameras have. Nothing that a little bit of post-processing can't handle (I could give you the 5-minute PP effort, if you turn on 'Editing OK' in your profile).

Keep in mind, that if you pixel-peep past 100%, a lot of the noise is due to the program browsing the photo, extrapolating and inserting additional pixel values.
