I really like the last one. You might want to try boosting the shadows just abit though. The last two have a nice film like feel to them.

I really like #2

Also nice bokeh in #3.

The dog's stance in #1 doesn't do anything for me.

Very nice overall!

All well exposed with good light and good color.

#1 is suffering from pose. The dog is straight on to the camera, hiding the rest of his body. That pose doesn't work with people either.

#2 is quite nice with good clarity. It suffers in a couple of spots with too shallow DOF - branch through the center is OOF. Possibly blown highlights on the water drops. But you got some wonderful OOF area behind the subject and overall the image works for me.

#3 is my favorite. Great wrap around light and good focus with a wonderful background.

In the first the dog is not positioned terribly well and there are a couple of shiny things in the background which are distracting. The second one I like and would like even better if there was not a round shiny object drawing my eyes away from the plant. The third one is my favorite.
