Good deal. You got back 15$ so price is 735 no tax and free shipping. Much better than buying used here.

99$ is square trade warranty but for 3 years compared to the regular canon 1 year warranty. Or you can buy 3 year Mack warranty for 30$. Lens warranty is cheap and overrated unless you are working on this particular lens 8hour a day every weekday.

The return policy is pretty strict. If for some reason you receive a defective lens (it happens) you have to pay for the return and possible restocking fee...and note this: All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.

Wow, even the plastic has to be returned. Good price BUT

Well, that should apply to everything you buy here at POTN. At least, this lens has never been touched :) anyway, the sale is over. In fact you paid by paypal credit card you would have another 2% reward point = 15$ more.

Exactly. I don't see the issue with the warranty of this lens. Plenty of people buy used 24-105L's at this price with no warranty either. At least, like you said, these lenses from Big Value are brand new.
