I like the color. I really like the light on her hair. You might be able to boost the contrast a touch.

I am not trying to be rude at all here, but did she pick her wardrobe? Her top is not terribly flattering.

I like the composition, background is super cute. One thing that bugs me a bit is lack of light in her eyes perhaps...and a touch more sharpening.

I'm not really a fan of her looking out of the frame, especially with the hair covering one eye, and the negative space on the back side. You can do that to create tension, but thats not really the point of a beauty shot.

Lighting is looking a bit flat. Boost the contrast up slightly as previously mentioned and it will help the image.

As mentioned, it needs a bit more contrast but the biggest thing I see is my eye is drawn to the brighter "7" to the left of shot, it overpowers it. Some catchlight in her eyes would help as well.
