Here are some shots from my fitness and sports photo shoot this past weekend. I used a combination of beauty dish and a gridded strip box for these images on my AB1600 strobe. I've got some more on my Flickr page from the session as well for those that want to see more. :)

a reflector on the shadow side would help separate hom from the BG
