Thought I'd give the 7D a chance with some night shots, here's a quick result from tonight with many more marina's to go to over the next few days.

Very nice; I'm with Frank, though. An hour or so earlier, to capture the "blue" hour in the sky would have given this a little extra "oomph".

Thanks, and I agree. I have a couple of shots from about an hour earlier where the sky is a real midnight blue colour, so I'm going to tonight's location at that earlier time in hopes to get some more of that blue in the sky. :)
