Instruction?

Are there any worthwhile online photoshop books, courses, or instructional DVDs specifically tailored to photographers? For instance, something like the Adobe "classroom in a book" but with instructions on how to achieve various black and white looks, cross processes, bleach bypass etc.?

There are several:
1, Lots of free stuff on youtube.
2, kelbytraining.com has videos, but is a pay site. Excellent for video training, equipment, lighting, settings, technique and using Lightroom and Photoshop as well as other software programs. Monthly rate.
3, Lynda.com is also a pay site. This site has a much wider range of topics, not just photography, but has very good photography videos on equipment, settings, techniques and post processing similar to kelbytraining.com.

And besides google, this site has a pretty good search engine too. For instance, searching titles for cross process brings up several threads.

I also like acmeeducational.com, JP Caponigro, "21st Century Dodging and Burning" in particular.
