They are shipping to Canada but add 13% hst.Still better deal than any canadian photo store.

Yes. You fill out a Canon rebate form, clip your UPCs, mail it in, and in 6-8 weeks the mail you an AMEX $400 gift card.

You can only do ONE rebate per household, so you can only take advantage of either the T3i deal or the 5D Mark II, and not both...
