Problem with 50D Help Please

I have a 50D and now the quick control screen will not work in any non auto mode. Like AV, TV, M etc etc it is very frustrating can anyone help me with this. I can not get to a reset menu or anything not sure what to do. I use this all the time and now can't.

Did you press the "Display" or "Info" button(s) by accident..?
That cycles through what is displayed by the main(rear) LCD(either the quick control screen, nothing, or some models have a level indicator, etc...)

just an idea..

I found out it was a button that was stuck pushed down so all controls were frozen once I got the button unstuck everything was OK again. Thanks
