That's what I figured...

What you are missing is that many people who sell their gear (camera or otherwise) on craigslist are out of touch with current market prices I always see people trying sell their old camera bodies for the same price they paid 5 years ago.

Lol. more power to em if he gets it, but I payed 1400 for the one I bought and sold it 2 months later for 1350

You can also find bargains on CL. I picked up a Digital Rebel a few years ago, with a couple (crappy) filters, and a bag. Sold the Rebel for three times what I paid within an hour on Amazon.
