I had this idea for a thread a while back and the natural vs. strobe thread told me to get it started.
Post a shot (be it a good one or bad one) and choose something you wish you had done differently or if you had an "Ah-Ha!" moment. Give details on who what where why etc. Ill start it off.
I really wish I had shot this at a narrower aperture and had more of her far eye in focus. I was shooting full body shots at F2.0 and then, since I was using an 85mm prime, I walked closer to get this headshot. I think having her other eye more in focus makes a more pleasing image. It was shot at 1/250th of a second, ISO 200, F2.0. So I could have shot it at the same ISO, 1/125th of a second and F2.8 for the same exposure and more depth of field. Even the same setting, iso 800 and F4 might have been even better. Mental note: Stop down when in close unless I want really shallow DOF. On a side note, perhaps turn her head more to get her eyes closer to the focus plane.
