Angel was found roaming the streets. She was extremely ill and dragging her back legs. First thing we feared was of course canine distemper but thankfully it wasn't that. She had cociddia which made her really weak. Plus she was attacked by some animal as she had puncture wounds along her spine.
She is getting better but she will not be able to be put up for adoption as she is blind. So she will have a forever home here with us. I can't wait to be able to introduce her to her new ferret family but she still has 10 more days in quarantine.
She is the sweetest most loving ferret that has ever come into the shelter. She will sit there and give kiss after kiss! Her kisses tickle so much because of her extremely long whiskers too! I have never seen a ferret with such long whiskers!
