Snowy Fountains Abbey ......

...okay a 'dusting of snow'. Left home this morning with a couple of inches of snow - Fountains Abbey only had a dusting of snow but it was freezing at -5.5 deg - still spent a couple of hours walking round. These are two of the water features/lakes at Fountains Abbey (which is in North Yorkshire)

Sky appears to be over-exposed but had problems with the lighting today and couldn't feel my hands!!!

Yes it looks freezing. I love the ice and the angle of the 2nd photo but they are both beautiful. You could blue up the sky in PS if you wanted to.


Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

Gear: 40D, 12-24mm AT-X Pro, 17-85mm, Sigma 150mm Macro Sigma 100-300 F4, 550EX, other stuff that probably helps me on my way.
