Just wanted to share a recent experience with Canvas On Demand. I ordered two 24 x 36 inch canvases, one for me and one to be delivered to my dad in Michigan for his birthday. Today I got both canvases at my address. I phoned COD's 800 number and explained the situation. I asked if they could email me a Fed Ex shipping label so I could send my father's canvas on to him.

"No", said the polite young lady from COD. "We screwed up, and we'll fix it. I'll have the canvas reprinted and sent out to your father's address right away".

I asked her what she wanted me to do with the one I already had. She said to keep it, no charge. She also told me she would make certain that the canvas reached my father in time for his birthday this weekend.

That, my friends, is customer service. If ever you needed a reason to go with Canvas On Demand over someplace cheaper, there it is. I'm a customer for life.

Sounds like they 'did right by you'.
You just helped repay them by announcing it here.

Sounds great. Love companies with that level of service. How's their print quality?

Sounds like the company is training their employees very well and empowering them to make things right. A great example, thanks for sharing.

Their print quality is excellent. I've ordered 4 canvases from them and I've never been disappointed in the way they looked.
