Been shooting a lot of hip hop shows lately. Never posted any sets here though because I was never happy with them....the lighting is usually terrible and there's at least a half-dozen videographers on stage blocking my shots. This Waka show last night turned out pretty good though.

Trying some new editing styles. I'm not sure if I overdid it with these so please let me know your thoughts on them! :)

Nice set, nice editing.

Finger in front of the eye in the last looks a bit creepy.

Thanks a lot for the feedback guys. It's always hard for me to tell how my shots look when I'm trying new things.

@Rene - Hah, yeah I totally agree the finger in the eye looks kind of weird.

Good shots, they show lots of emotion.

good set. looks like he could have been a bit more helpful and stooped down a bit more, like in the last shot.

Thanks Tim, yeah he stayed away from the front of the stage and hid behind his mic alot. Although he did jump into the crowd and did about 30min of his show from there. I scrambled like crazy to find a good angle to shoot from but couldn't get any clear shots. Waka was too short!

The crowd scene seems intense. Nice photos.
