My 11 yo daughter and her new guitar...me with new backdrop stands and still learning about lighting:

Good poses and good looking model. On the lighting there might be a little hot spot on the right on the first and third. But my monitor has been acting wierd. every since I tried to adjust it.

Thanks for comments thus far...I think there are a few hot spots...I only did basic tweaks as I was owrking on doing light right in camera.

I might add...these are done with my 580/550/430 combo with stands and umbrellas...getting the ratios and such right seems tricky.

The main light (one that was on your left) is right on in the first one, but blown out on her face in the second one. The other light to her left is firing way too bright and too far back. Try positioning it more at a 45 degree angle to her and turning it down some and see what happens. The main light should always be the brighter light in general. Out of curiousity, how are you triggering the flashes?
