More than his belly-can...

They say that a pelican's mouth can hold more than its belly-can.... I imagine that this Bonaparte's Gull wishes that his mouth was bigger.

Nope fish head. Looking at you, with its mouth open. It was cut smooth on the other side so it most likely was a fishing byproduct.

...Oh, I see the fish head now...Don't know why it looked like a shell before!
