Can someone tell me how to check what hyperforcal distance I've previously saved in C1 or C2 mode on a G12. Sorry if this is a really stupid question.

Change to the C1 or C2 setting, don't refocus, check the distance setting for manual focus. Gordon

The only problem is that although all the settings (MF, aperture, etc) appear on the screen when I switch to my C1 setting, the distance scale doesn't. I'm flummoxed

It's on the right hand side and has a white rectangle painted on it with a sort of eyeball inside the rectangle. Looks kind of like [0] Gordon
