Hey guys,
This is the first time i got to use two flashes for a portrait and i'd really like to get some feedback on what could be improved :)

Ok, so this is how it went - the girl is my wife. She's an auto journalist and was testing this Mercedes GLK for some reason. She asked me to take a picture of her in front of the car. The problem is it was already pitch black outside so i had to figure out the lighting. So two speedlights were used. The main one was used with a silver reflective umbrella and the rim light is bare.

I like how she looks on the first shot the most even if the light is a bit harsh and rim light is bit intesive but I'm so subjective, since she's my wife :) but she chose the second shot as her favorite. I moved her away from the car to get some separation on the third shot only. It was freezing already so it kind of shows on her face but i still like the way the car becomes background rather than one of the/part of the subject.

The Merc badge in all of them is covered intentionally.

The pictures (flickr sharpenned):

Any feedback is appreciated! :)

I like these, maybe clone out the glare of the rim in the upper left to hide it.

If I had to choose one as my fav,I choose the last one. The BW conversion is really nice. I do agree with Jarhed though, gid rid of the glare. Seems like you had your light too close.

Thanks for the feedback guys! I'll remove the glare and see how it looks like. Didn't try that option yet :)
