This was Temples last TD, receiver in the end zone, leaving only 16 seconds. Ellison couldn't score in that time.

Haven`t shot in Belton. Looking forward to trying the new Hood Stadium though. The video guys shooting for TV said it was better than Buckley even though there are only 4 towers. I want to see how it does for still photography.

That makes two of us. I swear the stadium is darker this year Last year I could get 1/1000 on the field and 1/640 in the end zone. Now it seems like 640 on the field and 500 in the end zone and that is if i get white jerseys in there to reflect some light.

Nice action shots. +1 on increasing your shutter speed, also like they need some noise reduction

These are great, any advise on the settings you use with your D1 Mk3? Just got one, I was looking at the 7D or Mk3... ended up going with a great deal on a Mk3. Just posted a few photos from this past Friday's game. https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1245238
Please feel free to PM, thank you!

Pasting from a doc on my iPhone so we will see how this comes across. The first settings is sports and the second weddings. Obviously you need to tweak some to your conditions. One thing that save me time in post was setting my WB to 4500 instead of doing a gray card. Shoot an image, look at the camera screen as to color and tweak as needed, then move on.

I have this for my 7D as well.
