so the other day i was bored and was looking through the canon museum when i wandered upon this baby, EF35-80mm f/4-5.6 PZ (power zoom). i just couldnt help but wonder if anyone actually had/has had one of these things or knows anything about it since canon didnt give a summary. seems like a pretty poop venture since all that is required to zoom is a turn of the hand, but non the less i thought id bring this up, if for no other reason than for some gigles for anyone whos never seen it

That is cool, I have never seen that lens. I know olympus offered PZ lenses in the 80's(I think). But didnt realize canon did.

From the picture it looks to have no manual focus. Also it seems the price was very low from what I can tell. It also "looks" cheap. It would still be cool to have just for the novelty.
