I used a fog chiller to get the fog to stay low. The hardest part was getting her to stand still and wait for the fog to roll in without running all over through it.

Lighting is an AB400 in a large silver PLM camera left. Fill is shoot through camera right. Rim bare camera right and behind her. Background light is gelled blue on a boom above her.
