The exposure looks good, but you've got to find a way to get some good highlights into it. "Beast." (external link)

Find the light... A few Car Lighting Tips, and MOVE YOUR FEET!
Have you thought about making your own book? // Need an exposure crutch?

Yes, "too much power" &/or (1) a longer shutter speed would hold the highlights from the sky (2) IF you had angled the body to reflect the sky.
