Sirui T1004x & Sirui G-10

Hello.

Just wanted to know if anybody had any experience with the Sirui T1004x and the Sirui G-10 ballhead. I have found some reviews which says it's great for it's price. I'm especially looking for anybody with experience with the heavier bodies such as the 5DMKII and a 17-40mm lens.

I'm a little nervous buying a product without ever having it in my hands!

I don't know about the T1004x. My wife was using a Sirui K-10x ball head on her monopod. I borrowed for a few shots with my 7D. The K-10 is a nice but I did not like the un-grooved quick release plate. The K-20 is sturdier with a grooved plate.

I have a Sirui T2204X and K20X, and it's a solid, well-built combination. I deliberately went up a few models from the T1004X for greater (rated) load capacity.

I have the T1005x and G10, its great for low price. Mine has 5 sections so folds small,... but i use it for smaller cameras. Nice and light for travel.
