At least it seems like it.

Already own a 300D and an A510. Dropping by Circuit City in a little while to pick up my daughter's belated Christmas present - a Canon A520.

I remember back when I would have killed to even have a digital camera, period. Now, we'll have four around the house (not including my wife's camera phone). Ain't technology grand?

lol. I know what you mean, a year ago I bought disposable cameras now I have two very respectful cameras. In total there are about between eight and ten working cameras in my house. (excluding my uncles antique camera collection). good for you getting your daughter a digital camera for christmas. I bought my six year old niece one for christmas this year and she was absolutely thrilled. Sari.

There are a total of 8 Canon cameras in my household! SD400, SD300, S50, a Rebel 2000, an XT, and 3 20D's! Now I'd say that's too many cameras!

in my house it is just my boyfriend and I, and we have four cameras between the 2 of us, plus two camera phones. Collectively we have an old minolta film slr, my 300d, a powershot s60, and sony cybershot. Soon we'll be welcoming a fifth- a 20d.

You can never have to many cameras though :)

well if we're simply talking cameras period, then it's quite a few more. Besides the previously mentioned ones, I have an Elph 2, and Elph Z3, a Nikon (shh) N70, a Kodak LS443, a Pentax Optio somethingorother, Sony T1, a Sony P71 I think it's called, a Sony F707, and an Olympus Verve. No, I don't use any of them. Yeah, I know it's ridiculous, but oh well.

Yeah, if we're counting film cameras, too, then I've got at least three more cameras around the house - the old Miranda Sensorex, my trusty Pentax K-1000 and a Canon Sureshot 60 Zoom compact film camera. The latter has a roll of film in it and a dead battery, so I can't remove the film yet and see what's on it. It was my mother's camera before she passed away, so the pictures that are already on it should be interesting.
