However, mine became loose in the middle. That is you could 'bend' the lens at the zoom ring. It wasn't abused, just used quite a bit. Repair? not economical so it was eventually junked 5D mark 3, 5D mark 2, 50 f1.4, 85 f1.8, 17-40L, 135L

Apparently it wasn't for everyone but I want one! Joel
